As in the past all ACC staff, drivers to commissioners, attended the retreat. During the first phase (12-17 January, 2012) of the retreat, all were introduced to a leadership development tool, with which every individual identified his/her own behavioral traits, strengths and weaknesses and “dos” and “don’ts” of working with each character.
